For 20 years, M.J. Jones and Associates has provided Physician and Medical Professional placement services for the greater Chicagoland area and portions of the Midwest as well.  Our Firm is committed to the practices and protocols that are underpinned by the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR) code of ethics.

We ensure that all Client and Candidate information is held in the strictest confidence; we work in relationship with Hospitals, Medical Groups, Clinics, or Private Practice Groups on a purely contractual basis that is legally binding by both sides; all Client Physicians or Employees are strictly off limits; our commitment is to the success of the assignment and we continue to work until a satisfactory placement is achieved.

M.J. Jones and Associates & DrChicago.com, shall respect the privacy of every individual who visits the site. We believe in a policy that permits you to determine how we use your information. We have safeguards and security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information.
